Signature Tours International President, Paul Lam, is a recognized name in specialized tourism.  His career, a highly successful one of over 30 years, has focused on his leadership of one of America’s finest touring companies.  His development of innovative concepts for bringing cultures together is regarded as unique in the business.  Perhaps being born in Shanghai, China (and later becoming a US citizen) was a factor in his passion to bring about international understanding through cultural, educational, musical performance, and religious travel and special events.   Mr. Lam offers a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur in the American tourism industry.  He remains a recognized leader in special interest travel and he has earned international recognition as a special events organizer, some of which include the World Cup Games (the single largest tour operator in the ‘94 World Cup Games), the Grand Jubilee Year at the Vatican, Olympic Cultural and Music Festivals, World Youth Day, and the 425th Anniversary of the Spanish Riding School.  Tours for the 2010 Passion Play in Oberammergau will mark the fifth consecutive time he will have organized tours for that major historical site and event.
